Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the information below regarding our returns process for both online and in-store purchases.
Online Purchases
If you have purchased an item through our website and wish to return it because you have changed your mind, you may return it within 30 days of purchase, provided it meets the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Be in a resalable condition.
- Have all original retail tags attached and legible.
- Be unworn and unwashed.
- Be free from marks, damage, smoke, perfume, aftershave, pet hair or any other odours.
Footwear
Footwear must also:
- Have clean, unmarked soles with no signs of wear.
- Not have been worn outdoors.
- Be returned with the original shoe box and any accessories in resalable condition.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the sender.
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will normally be processed within 1–3 working days. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear using your original payment method.
Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly.
In-Store Purchases
We do not offer cash refunds on purchases made in-store unless required by law.
For eligible in-store returns, we are happy to offer either:
- Store credit to the value of the returned product, or
- An exchange for another item of the same value.
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and meet the same condition requirements listed above.
