Our blonde formula Hair Lightener creates permanent highlights powered by natural sunlight. Our special blend gradually lightens and brightens, creating natural subtle tones and sun kissed highlights without brassiness.

PRODUCT DETAILS

• Spray throughout dry or damp hair before sun exposure. For sun-kissed highlights, spray onto select strands. To avoid breakage and over-drying, it is not recommend using more than once between hair washes.
